About Hope Outreach
Hope Outreach NPO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening individuals and families throughout Virginia's Tri-Cities and surrounding communities by providing resources, support, and opportunities that inspire hope and resilience.
We serve communities across Richmond, Henrico, New Kent, Charles City, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Prince George, Petersburg, and surrounding areas — meeting real needs with compassion and consistency.
